Hi, I’m Shena. I handle billing for the practice and have been working with U.S. insurance plans for over 9 years, mainly focusing on benefit verification and billing.

I’m based in the Philippines, and I work behind the scenes to keep everything organized and running smoothly. I know how confusing insurance and billing can get, especially with virtual services, so I always try to keep things simple, clear, and stress-free for our clients.

I’m very detail-oriented and I really care about doing my work well. For me, it’s important that everything is accurate and handled properly, so both our clients and clinicians feel supported throughout the process.

Outside of work, I enjoy camping and going on nature trips whenever I can. I find that spending time outdoors helps me recharge, and I really value the sense of calm and clarity it brings.

At the end of the day, I’m here to help make the billing side a little easier to understand and manage.
