Sarah Inderbitzin, AMFT #160154
I work with individuals, adolescents, and families who are navigating stress, relational challenges, and the impact of difficult or destabilizing life experiences. My work centers on supporting people as they move through what they are carrying with greater clarity and develop change that feels both meaningful and sustainable. In my practice, I frequently support clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship stress, emotional overwhelm, and the lingering effects of stressful or traumatic experiences.
My approach is grounded in humanistic and trauma-informed principles and is strongly influenced by Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I believe meaningful work happens when people feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported as they engage with what is present in their lives and begin shaping the direction they want to move in. My clinical background includes working with children, adolescents, and families in school-based and community mental health settings, where I supported clients through periods of high stress, major life transitions, and complex family dynamics. I strive to cultivate a therapeutic relationship that is grounded, one where curiosity, reflection, and collaboration guide the work.
Outside of sessions, I am almost always immersed in movement, music, and making things—painting, crafting, and cooking new recipes. I love cycling, traveling, and spending time with family, all of which keep me balanced.
