In my work, I hold the belief that clients possess the capacity for growth and healing, and my role is to support and facilitate their journey. By helping clients explore and comprehend their inner experiences, I aim to empower them to unlock their own potential for change and self-improvement. . While I strive to create a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment, I also take a direct and honest approach to therapy. I believe growth often requires challenging unhelpful patterns, increasing self-awareness, and engaging in difficult conversations.

I am an AMFT and APCC, under the supervision of Susan Soderman, LMFT (License #98962). I have clinical experience working with most age groups with different backgrounds. As a bilingual therapist fluent in both Spanish and English, I am able to provide culturally responsive services that support clients in expressing themselves in the language in which they feel most comfortable.

Therapy can take many different forms, and I encourage clients to explore and engage with their interests that bring them joy and connection. Healing doesn't only happen within the therapy room. In my own free time, I enjoy dancing, drawing, and diving deep into the lore of the Legend of Zelda series. These interests help me stay connected to creativity, curiosity, and balance, values that I also encourage clients to cultivate in their own lives.
