Brooke Evans, AMFT

I believe that everyone is capable of living their happiest and most fulfilling life, given the right tools. Hi, I'm Brooke! An Associate Marriage and Family Therapist whose goal is to help you achieve this by uncovering thought patterns, exploring your past and how it connects to the present, and rewriting unhelpful narratives into more positive ones. With a background in theatre, I hope to bring creativity and fun into my sessions. While therapy is a place to discuss serious topics, it can also be a place for laughter and discovering new parts of yourself.

I have worked with children, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, trauma, life transitions, and relational challenges. I am neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ affirming, and welcome clients from any background.

My therapeutic approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, internal family systems, and relational approaches to help support people of all ages manage emotions, process unresolved trauma, and build a more stable and meaningful life. I provide a safe, warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment for all of my clients.

In my free time, I enjoy playing piano, singing, painting, photography, thrifting, going to the beach, watching TV and movies (I love comedies!), and hanging out with my two cats. I also grew up performing in musicals, and I love attending live theatre and concerts.

I am working under the supervision of Autumn LaTour, LMFT #126135 and Susan Soderman, LMFT #98962.
